I'm closing #11 and #12 as a result (isoc support will be dealt elsewhere).

I also pushed the patch provided for #41 
(https://github.com/libusbx/libusbx/pull/41).

Also please note that github decided to stop pushing issues update to 
the RSS feed we were monitoring (so much for investing time getting 
automated notifications), so we're back to having to *manually* monitor 
https://github.com/libusbx/libusbx/issues for new issues.

Oh, and I also pushed a new version of Zadig to fix the previous one 
that didn't properly install KDMF 1.11. If you're running Windows 7, 
you're likely to have to go through a reboot during driver install the 
first time 1.11 is installed, if installing WinUSB or libusbK (had to 
switch K to 1.11, despite the official binaries still providing 1.09, as 
it's a PITA otherwise - so far I'm not seeing adverse effects).
