I was not aware this needs any backend work, Linux gives you pretty
much raw descriptors access. So I thought this was just descriptor
parsing extensions. I must admit I've not looked into this at all,
due to lack of time. I hope to seriously start looking into libusb and
usb3 after October 15th. Planned things include adding support for
usb3 bulk streams to both the linux usbdevfs API and to libusb.

In the mean time if you're convinced that the libusb using application
part (so the external) API is solid, I'm fine with doing this for just
windows for now, we can always rework the internal API if necessary.
