Just FYI, using libusbx 1.0.13, I was able to help one of the users in the OpenOCD mailing list to sort out an issue with ST-Link V2 (vendor using WinUSB as the driver) and new Intel USB 3.0 controller. http://comments.gmane.org/gmane.comp.debugging.openocd.devel/21678
