No, it is a TI LM3s9B90 micro controller, and to get USB running I used some 
lib provided by TI (or Luminary Micro at this Time)
I didn't spend so much time to this in the past since it was running from the 
beginning (under Linux).

But thank you for the verifier tool, I didn't know it, but it sounds if it 
could help me.
The SW on the micro is not crashing and I didn't notice any abnormal behavior, 
if there is an error, it is somewhere deep in the USB protocol/enumeration
