Ah, I have never tried to use "--disable-shared". I feel the statically
linking part of MinGW and Cross-compiling have always some
potential issues and I am not so sure how static is that static
linked library.

BTW, libusb-win32 only supports dynamical linking library
(import library for VC++ and MinGW).
