The bug seems to be specific to Raspberry Pi so I think we can not help you much. >From what I read, Raspberry Pi is using a out-of-the tree. http://www.mail-archive.com/linux-usb@vger.kernel.org/msg14568.html As per the above post, "the host-mode for the Synopsys DesignWare HS OTG controller is used used in host mode in the Raspberry Pi via a very ugly out-of-tree driver, so merging this would be a step toward bringing that platform into mainline".
