Second one. libusb0.sys access in libusbx requires having the libusbK 
DLL installed.

To use libusb0.sys as a libusbx driver, yes. Note that the latest 
version of Zadig should install that DLL for you, if you select 
libusb-win32 as the target driver. But if you install the driver using a 
different method, you may have to install the libusbK DLL manually.

I have updated the http://windows.libusbx.org Wiki page to make that 
information more explicit.

Also, please bear in mind that libusb0.sys and libusbk.sys driver 
support in libusbx are still experimental, and will remain so for some time.
