Your log does not tell much other than that I can see you are using the iMX233-OLinuXino board. https://www.olimex.com/Products/OLinuXino/iMX233/ I will suggest you do the following. 1) Test the 3G USB modem, usb_modeswitch under a x86 PC running Arch Linux to see if the modem is working fine there.
