As replied before, libusbK.dll provides libusbx the capability to
access device suing WinUSB, libusb0.sys and libusbK.sys driver.

libusb0.sys and libusbK.sys have some capability that WinUSB
may not be able to provide. Currently libusbx has not fully used
those capability (eg: isochronous transfer) support. But in the
future these capabilities may be used.

On the other hand, if the user has not installed libusbK, then
only WinUSB will be supported.
