Rewrite the v1 patch to take a different method to attack the problem. Expose the getHostNumber from scsi check/startup/refresh in the form of virGetSCSIHostNumber. Additionally, expose part of the getAdapterName code in the form of virGetSCSIHostNameByParentaddr.
