Likewise virSecuritySELinuxRestoreSecurityAllLabel and
virSecuritySELinuxSetSecurityAllLabel
Doing this avoids the need to manually call these shmem specific
security methods during general guest startup/shutdown. They only
need to be called manually during hotplug/unplug.
Okay, i see, i move these function in
virSecuritySELinuxRestoreSecurityAllLabel and
virSecuritySELinuxSetSecurityAllLabel.
