This series of patches support pool and volume management within Virtuozzo Storage. Virtuozzo Storage is a highly-available distributed software defined storage with built-in replication and disaster recovery. More information about vzstorage can be found here: https://openvz.org/Virtuozzo_Storage
>From client's point of view it looks like network attached storage (NFS or >GlusterFS). It supports the same volume formats as directory, nfs. Default format ifor volume is raw. Because of such similarities all a lot of functions from storage backend fs can be used with no change: all functions that deals with volumes and pool refresh function. >From the other hand, Virtuozzo storage demands special packages like >vstorage-client to be installed.
