With my OS maintainer hat on, 32-bit host support is not relevant to Fedora[1] or RHEL. Both have dropped all 32-bit host install support, only maintaining 32-bit builds of some libaries for use on 64-bit host install, which is not relevant to QEMU's deliverables.
