When attaching a hostdev of a SCSI subsys,
qemuDomainPrepareHostdev() is called. This makes sense because
the function prepares just SCSI hostdevs ignoring others. But
this will soon change. Thefore, move the function call out of
qemuDomainAttachHostSCSIDevice() and into
qemuDomainAttachHostDevice().
