Doesn't this break calls like this in cmdMemtune:
vshCommandOptLongLong(cmd, VIR_DOMAIN_MEMORY_HARD_LIMIT, NULL);
and this needs to be replaced by:
vshCommandOptLongLong(cmd, "hard-limit", NULL);
