Note, I'm abaout to switch libvirt in transifex as a sub-project of Fedora, otherwise there isn't enough momentum to grow some of the main language (even french :-) ! https://www.transifex.com/projects/p/libvirt/announcements/ So you should probably do the same before you get specific language groups as this incompatible.
