HTTPS Post and passing cookies info

Hello,

Could someone tell me which modules I should use to do a HTTPS post and 
also send over cookie informaion at the same time.  

I figured out how to do the HTTPS post using Net_SSLeay, but can't figure
out the sending of the cookie part.

Someone please fill me in!
