I have downloaded the above module from CPAN and attempted to install
it on my OS/2 system. Unfortunately, it doesn't pass the 'make test'
step, producing the following output:-

To me, this looks like a problem either with the t/old_base.t script,
or in the URI::URL module itself. Of course, it could be a problem with
my Perl installation (I'm using version 5.6.0), but I think this most
unlikely.
