SSL support for libwww-perl

I'm a very satisfied user of lwp and http classes. My application is expanding and I need to begin to support https requests.   I did some research and found references in Readme.ssl to Crypt::SSLeay and IO::Socket::SSL which are reported to interface to OpenSSL to provide https support. The readme said both were available on CPAN, however, I can't find either.   Could you please point me in the right direction?   Thanks,   Joel Fowler
