Since we have in this thread seen claims both that people are in general
coding the escaping wrong and mostly right, could someone write up a
'best practices' for the method of using libwww functions to properly
encode the strings, in their various forms (at least 3 variations have
been mentioned in this thread) and then take that write up and put it
into some doc somewhere to which programmers can be referenced?
