of course ethereal is nice and a legit packet tool, but for ease of use/simplicity for debuging http sessions, I'll put in (another) plug for Proxomitron www.proxomitron.org (win32 only) set it up on localhost:8000, set your browser to use it as proxy, open proxomitron's log window and watch all manner of header fly by.
