"paid version" needs defining. Any requirement that all distribution be
free of charge would be invalid. Furthermore, any restriction on a
commercial fork goes against the fundamental spirit of the Apache
licence, as that is one of its key differences from the GPL.

should be distributed as free & opensource software.
Again violates the spirit of the Apache licence, and lacks definitions.
