Configure Trac to force people to be registered before posting is quickly 
done. The question is if we really want to do that? 

There is an advantage in being able to submit bugreports without first going 
through a registration process. But then on the other hand, it really helps 
to know the email of the reporter to be able to ask for more information if 
needed. But email is currently not required when registering a new account. 
Should we require that as well?

With that said, I wouldn't have a problem with not accepting anonymous 
comments. But what do the rest of you think?
