Time for another RC. This time we have fixed a minor bug with lock files in RC2, as well a few possible crashes, some annoying bugs (leaving a blank window after all tabs were closed), and others as well. It is reccommended to use this version over 1.3.2, since many bugs have been fixed since then. And besides, we need you to find other problems!
