Is it possible for people to fool the server and use bogus UIN's? I thought this was fixed, but when I searched one spammer's UIN, I could not find it and when I added it to my contact list (in order to add it to a 'spammers' group and then block it), Licq just crashed. It's possible that ICQ removed that UIN from the database but I don't think ICQ does anything about abuse anymore, so I think that is unlikely.
