It's either my distro (Slackware) miss, or just mine.

But I updated our build system, so now you can do (after updating the
admin
directory):
# ACLOCAL_FLAGS="-I /usr/local/share/aclocal" make -f Makefile.cvs
You can now revert r4662, since it was only a temporary workaround for
me...
Or you can leave it as is just in case someone needs this in future.
