Yes, they're still there
If they are, then check the lines in source files they point to.
If you see empty tr lines in source, then it's OK.
In the source file I see:

<source></source>
<translation type="unfinished" />
</message>
I'm not sure if that's what you meant.
Anyway, I don't think this is too important. I only noticed them while
I was doing the translation and I thought they were useless and could
be removed.
