Given the ticket #1370 and tiny conversation in IRC, I have made a new system menu prototype.
Please find it in the attachment. It can be viewed with qt4 designer app. For more comfortable viewing, I recommend using the preview mode, which could be started with (Form)->(Preview). Please overview and share your thoughts on how this menu could be improved.
