I think the branch 1.8-stable has accumulated enough important
corrections to motivate a release from it.
Specifically I would like the timestamp fix should be released. (Good
catch Erik!)
So I intend to package Licq 1.8.1 at the beginning of next week.
Anyone who has changes that should be included (for example translation
updates) please do so this week.
