reproduce:
open 2 licq .
connect as online directly. Each licq won't change the see each other .
now change the status to something else an voila.
the problem is around the line 873.. no tvl matchs (no 0x00[6ac])
that not make sense to me (i should read what is a tlv..)
i guess the never happing case is missing
