Hello,
I would suggest, that we move the current security options located at
System -> System Functions -> Security/Password Options
to
System -> Options -> Miscellaneous -> Paranoia
We should also rename 'Paranoia' to 'Security Options'.
This would give the benefit of a more structured GUI, because we
wouldn't have two different locations for security related options.
