Hi there,

using licq 1.2.3 (CVS checkouted a few weeks ago) and opening a new config
with licq: licq -b.licq2 -p qt-gui (.licq2 is an empty directory), I get this
error message:

***
10:09:08: [WRN] IniFile: Warning, failed to find key.
                File    = .licq2/licq.conf
                Section = [licq]
                Key     = "Version"
Previous Licq config files detected.
Manual upgrade is necessary. Follow the instructions
in the UPGRADE file included with the source tree or
in /usr/doc/licq-xxx/upgrade.
***

Okay, is this error is pertinent since no config file was existing? How to
create a new config from scratch so?

Also: the text is a bit strange. First there is NO previous Licq config files,
and there no UPGRADE file in/usr/doc/licq-xxx/upgrade (this path should not be
hardcoded? outdated message?).

Regards,
