Well there are settings but this only happens when I get a message and
open a window. If I intend to start a conversation and open a window by
doubleclicking on a user the window is NOT omnipresent it shows only on
the workspace where I opened it. If there is a message and I doubleclick
that user to open it the window then appears on every workspace and if I
look at the WM-settings for that window it shows as "omnipresent" all
other windows are not.
