I'm not sure if this works as you expect actually. It may be fixed in
newer versions of Qt, but historically Qt has ignored the LC_CTYPE
variable and used the LANG variable only. With the current CVS, please
run LANG=sk_SK.UTF-8 licq   and see if the results vary.
