I want to put an SVN server for Licq on my local server, but not sure if my network connection can handle the load... I have about 1Mbps upload, but can upgrade to 3Mbps for an extra $3/month. Perhaps I'll put an SVN server up soon and see how it handles (while still using CVS of course..)
