I have the same problem. But I thought it is because I can't send
direct message.
I ran two independent licq on my maschine (SuSE Linux 10.1 alpha3).
This is the output of licq in debug mode
13:33:54: [TCP] Reverse connecting to 153113679 at 82.119.242.94:32783.
13:33:58: [PKT] Packet (SRVv0, 6 bytes) sent:
(10.20.1.48:44340 -> 64.12.28.181:5190)
0000: 2A 05 1C C1 00 00 *.....
It waits for a answer, but nothing else.
