Nope, i dont know if "they" are going to add it, but you can build your
own http tunnel.
before you do so, please try if your proxy allows you to connect to port
4000 by symply open a telnet connection to your proxy server and type
CONNECT login.icq.com:4000 HTTP/1.0


And see if the proxy returns an error or not. (NOTE: press enter TWICE
after the connect command.
If you dont get the message not allowed to conect to that port, along
with a lot of hmtl tags, the you cant :)
if you get connected, be happy, and download desproxy (desproxy.sf.net).
This wil build an http tunnel througt the proxy to host:port and bind it
to localhost:port
and then set the icq server to localhost:port an voilla...
