Hi! I have the LICQ (rpm Package: licq-1.1.0-fr1_20011211.i385.rpm / LICQ-Version: 1.1.0/SSL QT-GUI-Plugin Version 1.0.4 Compiled: DEC 11 2001
It works great with Users who are online. But the problem is with users who arent connected to the ICQ-Network. I can send messages to them (with "Send over Server" Checkbox enabled) but these messages aren't delivered.
