There seems to be a problem with the 'Online notify' function in all current CVS
versions.
I think the Online-notify command should be executed if
- a user moves from 'offline'-list to 'online'-list with status 'online'
- a (already online) user changes from NA/away/dnd to 'online'
This worked great in pre-Oskar versions...
The actuall behavior is a bit strange:
It works like above - but with some extra-events.
The server sends somthing like this:

There is the UIN of an already online user somewhere in the packet which seems to
cause an unnecessary Online-notify sound.
I think it shoul be easy to supress the notify for user with status 'online', but i
can't find the right place in the code for that.
