Luiz. Did you at least try Thomas's suggestion and check the server configuration? It is possible that the upgrade does not use the config file the same way the old one did. It wouldn't be the first time that something like this happened with software. I've made upgrades to other servers that needed me to upgrade config files in order to make it work properly.
