[Licq-main] once again -- trillian im/export scripts

did I forget to attach the two scripts the first time around? Well, here they 
are... 
 
Also I put them up on http://sport.unisport.etc.tu-bs.de/~steffen/licq/ 
 
They might just stay there for a while, but I'm not quite sure... So please 
mirror them if you reference them on the licq.org website
