One thing came to my attention: With all my friends that are using LICQ 1.3.0 I have the problem that we have to enforce SSL connections, because LICQ thinks the peer doesn't support it. And indeed shows the bubble info of that user neither that he or she uses LICQ nor that he or she supports SSL. I think there's something wrong...
