There are a few tools around to wipe the server list settings locally
and download a complete list from the server. I'll post them if you
can't find them.. gotta look for them first.

Clearning the local settings should resolve this issue.  Also, for
Licq 1.3.6 or later I plan to have a edit server side list dialog that
should fix any remaining issues with server side lists.
