Lifted, i gave up on trying to understand how to to the brain-dead simple version of what i was trying to do and went for a more complex version. This works (better, anyways). However, i notice that despite the instructions to render the textarea with 1 row, it is rendering it with about 10 rows. Anybody have any clues as to why?
