Yes, one of the good steps is to survey all active Bitcoin communities in Africa during the coming weeks that could be interested in hosting the events. I'm thinking to have this list of countries to survey first (non-exhaustive, just already few connections for some and all English or French speaking): - Algeria - Cameroon - Ghana - Nigeria - Rwanda - Senegal - South Africa - Togo - Uganda Of course, once we have feedback, the step will be to survey privately senior Lightning devs to see if there is no issue with potential visa troubles and what country can gather consensus.
