The coda signs are fine now, but the second segno floats too high in the  
LSR.  It is positioned correctly in 2.15.40, so it's probably due to better  
skylining in 2.15.  As it should look OK in the 2.15 docs I'd be inclined  
to leave it as it is now rather than try to adjust for 2.14 problems.
