This conflates paper format and paper orientation: the "landscape" option
to set-paper-size usually implies both. For consistency (also
compatibility with lilypond-book and the preexisting a8landscape format)
the text flags should affect only the paper format but not the "landscape"
orientation setting. For inclusion in LilyPond-book, you'll never want to
meddle with the orientation (which has no reliable effect in EPS).
