New issue 2738 by [email protected]: Lilypond doesn't break lines

Consider attached example of code (b.ly). Why it doesn't break lines
correctly? It seems to ignore \break command and doesn't do automatic
breaking neither. It seems that it is related to these warnings.
warning: forced break was overridden by some other event, should you be
using bar checks?
b.ly:8:173: warning: barcheck failed at: 3/8
But why incorrect barring (done by rosegarden) influences line breaks?
Typing out of borders of page fields seems to be the bug.
