New issue 2891 by [email protected]: Hairpins ending on columns with no
notes

If there are no notes (in any voice or staff) at the moment when a hairpin
ends, it finds something else to align itself to. The hairpin would be
right-aligned to the notes, but we probably want it left-aligned to
whatever it finds in the absence of notes.
(Trill spanners seem to have a similar issue, maybe others.)
