David sent me a patchset. This needed further cleaning up. He sent me a
cleaned up patch set which I still need to look through carefully and
eventually push. Since the review had already ended, this is really
push-in-progress state with me acting as a particularly slow pusher.
It's a sideeffect of Rietveld not being suitable for reviewing actual patch
series but rather only the total changed state.
